We bring the wash to your yard. Trucks, trailers, excavators and buildings get cleaned where they sit, so nothing comes off the schedule and no unit has to deadhead across Houston to a wash bay.
Every job runs on containment. Drain seals and booms close off the storm drain, a high-powered vacuum recovers wash water up to 200 feet out, and it transfers into a 500-gallon tank on the wash vehicle. That is what lets a facility manager put us on the property without inheriting a runoff problem.

Wash water is a regulated discharge
The Clean Water Act prohibits letting wash water run into a storm drain without a permit. That is not a technicality. A parking lot draining to a storm inlet is a point-source discharge, and Houston enforces it locally under City Code Chapter 47.
Here is the part most fleet operators find out too late: when a vendor lets wash water hit your drain, the violation is yours. The discharge happened on your site, to your inlet. You are the regulated party. The vendor drives away.
So we contain and recover every gallon. You are not buying a cleaner truck. You are buying the enforcement action that never happens.

Drain seals, booms and dikes close off your storm drains before a drop of water moves, so nothing contaminated reaches the sewer.

Recovery
A high-powered air vacuum suctions wash water from up to 200 feet out, enough to keep pace with three pressure washers running at once.

Transfer
Recovered water goes into a 500-gallon tank mounted on the wash vehicle. It leaves your property with us.

The process is built around EPA best-management practice for vehicle wash water. We can walk your safety manager through it before the first wash.

- “Will they even show up?”
- Scheduled routes, not best-effort. Our reviews are the record. Nine years of them, and the word that keeps coming back is expedient.
- “Are they going to leave a mess on my lot?”
- We contain the water before we start and haul it out in a 500-gallon tank when we go. The lot is cleaner than we found it.
- “Is the price going to creep after month three?”
- Your per-unit price is on paper before the first wash. What is included is listed. No engine-bay surprise on invoice four.
- “Are my drivers going to complain?”
- Uniformed crew, in and out on your window, cabs cleaner than they left them. Driver clean-outs are part of the fleet package.
- “Can you prove the water is contained?”
- Come watch the first one. Drain seals go down, the vacuum runs 200 feet, the tank leaves with us. Your safety manager is welcome on site.
- “What if a unit comes out wrong?”
- We re-wash it before we leave your lot. We would rather spend the extra twenty minutes than lose the route.
