Where the wash water goes in Katy
Katy's newer commercial and industrial parks drain to engineered detention ponds that discharge into the Buffalo Bayou watershed. A wash running to the nearest inlet is putting detergent and hydrocarbon into that pond, on a property with a named owner and a stormwater permit.
